Metro indeed. This is what I meant before, because I can't think of a single person or occasion in the whole of New Zealand that could even dream of associating with shoes like these - but they were simply the most eye-catching item in the window display of a whole line of men's clothing shops in the pedestrian centre of St-Denis, the capital of Reunion.
